Payment: We offer secure on-line ordering using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards/debit cards. All orders are processed through PayPal. We do not accept personal or third party checks, but we are happy to accept Cashier’s Checks & Money Orders.
*NOTE* Your Credit Card statement will show payment to Kneadful Touch.
Shipping Methods:
We ship all orders within the Continental U.S. by USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and are based on the total of your order and destination of your package. If you need expedited delivery service, please let us know before completing check out. Additional charges will apply. Additionally, we offer free shipping on orders of $100 and more! It's our way of saying "Thank You!"

*NOTE* All orders arrive individually padded in an organza bag & a gift box to ensure that your item(s) arrive without damage. This additional product safety packaging incurs addition bulky charges from the USPS.
International Shipping:
We do not ship outside of the US at this time.
Shipping Insurance:
Your package will only be insured if you request and pay for it. We are not liable for merchandise after it is mailed. Refunds and/or returns will not be accepted for damaged merchandise that has not been insured.
Package Tracking:
A tracking number for your order will only be provided if you request and pay for it. We are not liable for loss of merchandise if insurance or package tracking has not been purchased.
Return/Refund Policy:
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer no hassle returns within 3 days of receiving your order. *Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable on returned items. All items must be unopened & in resalable condition. Please call for an RA# (return authorization) prior to shipping or your order will be refused & you will not receive a refund.
Cancellations:
We have all suffered from “Buyers remorse”, however due to the large number of cancellations we must now charge a $10.00 cancellation fee for all orders canceled before shipping. After shipment your order cannot be canceled.
Damages & Loss:
If you receive damaged merchandise, please contact us within 24hrs. Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery carrier's responsibility and claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. The customer must initiate damage or loss claims against the carrier, but we are available to assist you.
*Note: Package insurance is an additional charge & must be requested by the customer. Any orders damaged in shipment without insurance coverage cannot be refunded or returned.
Privacy:
To ensure our customers privacy, we will never sell, loan, rent or give away your name, email, address or any other personal information to any third party ~ ever.

Packaging:
You may notice that some packages from SG look like they've been used before. They have! We believe strongly in recycling packaging. The packing peanuts you find are either biodegradable, or recycled. You may find shredded paper for packing also. Our goal is to ship our products with the most protection possible for both the products, as well as for the Earth.
*Note: Personal information is NEVER shredded to use as packing material. Any personal documentation is shredded and disposed of for your security.
